Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
Mehmmy (“the app”) helps friends keep track of the rides they give each other and the rewards they've earned. This policy explains what the app stores, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account: a user ID and, if your sign-in provider shares it, your email address. You sign in with Apple or Google; we never see your password.
- Profile: the display name, emoji and colour you choose.
- Crew content: crews you create or join, the places a crew owner saves (a name and map coordinates), rides, ride requests, reward tiers and redemptions.
- Device: a push-notification token so we can notify you about your crew, and your language/region setting to choose miles or kilometres.
We do not collect your device's location, contacts or photos. Map coordinates only exist for places a crew owner chooses to save. We do not track you across other apps or websites, show ads, or sell or share data with data brokers.
Who can see it
Your profile and crew activity are visible to the members of the crews you belong to. Nobody outside a crew can read it.
Where it's stored
Data is stored with Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions and Cloud Messaging) in the United States. Apple and Google process sign-in and push notifications under their own privacy policies.
Deleting your data
Open the app, go to Me → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile and memberships. If you own a crew, the crew and everything in it are deleted too. Leaving a crew removes your membership and balance in that crew.
Children
Mehmmy is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes and contact
We'll update this page if anything changes. Questions: support@mehmmys.app.
